Doris Feld has answered the firm’s telephone since 1979, first at the switchboard and since 1998 as manager of the support desk, where six representatives handle questions about the firm’s software and every password reset for every client.

She has reset more passwords than anyone else in New York, all of them by telephone and none of them by email. She has never written one down. She explains that she has no need to, since the Suite keeps them exactly as they were chosen and she can read them on her screen.

Her field is 0.9 metres, which covers the desk and the telephone on it.
