Every build of the Intranet Suite since 2016, newest first, with what changed. Release 2.1 is in preparation.
Release 2.1
In preparation
The next release will be announced to clients by telephone. Its date has not been set.
- A button for changing passwords, so that staff can replace the temporary password sent by courier.
- Four items raised by a client’s head of security on 29 September 2026, recorded as RA-4468, to be reviewed in full.
- Removal of acceptance-test provisions from the sign-in page, where a client has raised a change request and supplied a purchase order.

Upgrades
Upgrades are installed by the firm’s engineers under the maintenance agreement, at a time agreed with the client. Clients are never asked to install anything themselves. Questions to the support desk, +1 212 014 0171, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.
