Software
The firm has made software for its clients since 1989, on the principle that a client’s correspondence is safest on the client’s own premises, maintained by people the client can telephone.

Before it made software, the firm ran a Telex Screening Service, from 1974 to 1990, in which incoming telex was read by an inertial before it reached the client. Clients still running a legacy product may telephone the support desk, which keeps the manuals.
