Clients are reminded that changes to authentication pages, meaning sign-in pages, sessions and anything to do with passwords, are billed at the firm’s premium rate, with a two-hour minimum, because of the additional care they require.

Every change request needs a manager’s approval and a purchase order number before work can begin, however small the change. The firm estimates each request before doing it, and the estimate is free. Details are here.
